Cars (and cyclists) can park free of charge in the covered car park behind the building. This closed area is located on the Groeneweg. It is best to set your navigation to Soembawahof. Ring the bell at AirporthoUtrecht and we will open the gate. The entrance to the car park is on the left. We kindly ask you to park in a car park with an Airportho Utrecht sign, if available.
Cyclists can park their bicycles immediately after entering the car park. The door next to the bicycle shed is the entrance to the building. Ring the bell at Airportho Utrecht and we will open the door.
Pedestrians can also ring the bell at our entrance at Vleutenseweg 386; ring the bell at Airportho Utrecht and we will open the door.
You can check your appointments on www.airportho.nl. Making and rescheduling appointments can be done by phone from Tuesday through Thursday between 08.00 and 12.00 and between 13.15 and 16.00, using telephone number 030 – 30 75 494. Outside of these hours, you can also ask us to call you back at a time of your choosing during working hours. It is also possible to email us: email@example.com or leave a message (via the contact form) on the website.
We try to arrange most of the appointments, such as the monthly check-ups, at the beginning and the end of the day (outside of school hours), but this is not always possible. Other appointments, such as for attaching or removing braces, take place during school hours.
If necessary, we would like to ask you to cancel or reschedule an appointment made during our opening hours by telephone at least 48 hours in advance (if the practice is closed, this can be done by e-mail). Otherwise, we are often forced to charge for the reserved time.
