Registration

Patients are usually referred by their own dentist for a consultation or treatment. It is also possible to make an appointment without a referral.

You can register below; please briefly indicate the reason for your registration. Please have your BSN number and your insurance policy number ready. For reimbursement, supplementary insurance for orthodontics is required; please also take into account a possible waiting period if you take out this insurance. Look under the heading ‘costs’ on this website for more information.

We do not have a waiting list; however, it currently takes a little longer than usual before we can offer you a spot, and children (due to ongoing growth) have priority over adults (the timing of starting treatment is crucial for children for this reason). Consequently, it may sometimes take a little longer for adults before we can offer you a spot for an initial consultation.

After registration and processing your details, we will call you to schedule an initial consultation.

We do not provide second opinions or transfers. We also do not fit (new) splints to patients who have not been treated by us.

For patients under the age of 20, we request that you, as a parent/guardian, accompany them to the appointment for the first consultation and the treatment plan discussion.
